Who We Are

For the ones who cannot stay in touch with parish groups back home, we offer fellowship with other Catholics.

For the ones who are struggling to find relevance and meaning in life and studies, we offer support and guidance in their journey to the Truth.

For the ones who are curious about faith and God, we offer a means to explore what it truly means to have faith.

For the ones who face opposition to their Catholic faith from their friends, we offer help and encouragement in defending our faith.

We are also committed to ecumenical dialogue with our Anglican and Protestant brothers, especially since we share the same Chaplaincy. As such, there are many events which are co-hosted by CathSoc and Christian Focus, and occasionally, the Christian Union on campus. Do look out for these opportunities to broaden and explore your understanding of Christianity!

I sincerely hope that you will find CathSoc as welcoming and loving as I have so far. Many of my closest friends are also those who share my faith; who are Christ to me in my times of weakness and fear, and rejoice with me in my success and failure.

Indeed, the warm community that I have found here is my home away from home - do stay and make your new home with us :)

May God bless you abundantly!
